Training with Frank and Adrienne

With three young dogs to train we formed a
Junior Hunter training group. We meet each Saturday at the Prado Dog Training Center in
Chino, California. This group consists of Golden Retrievers and Flat-Coated Retrievers,
these two breeds train alike. Adrienne and I came from the school that does not train with
bumpers so I always bring about 20 live birds with us.
Java turns 16 weeks, this is his first time out. Adrienne in
water.

19 week old Java's third time out. He ran down the hill, swan across the channel, then
across the road and picked up this very large duck. We are very impressed with the
talent this young boy has.
Evensong Jazz Festival (Reba) had no idea what was in store for her when she moved to
California.
Her plane arrived at 1:15am the day this picture was taken.

Frank Holbert and Chase. Funny how the camera makes me look
fat. For those of you who where at the '95 FCRSA specialty when the grounds were flooded.
The white "X" is where we threw the WCX duck flyer from. It landed in the water
about where my shoulder meets the road.
